No Notifications Sent from Efiler@utcourts.gov for Cases
The email notifications from efiler@utcourts.gov are only generated to attorneys of record on the case. These attorneys will also receive a service notification email from Green Filing.
Request the court “seal” or make “private” a document when e-filing
If you need to e-file a document on an open case, and request that the court seal or make private a particular document, you may do so with the following steps.
Remove an Attorney from Receiving Email Notifications
If you filed a notice of withdrawal of counsel or dismissal, you can stop the email service notifications the court sends.

Refresh a Case
When in a case docket for a particular case, often times the items listed are not current.
File a return of service for a 3rd party
When e-filing a Return of Service for a party not listed on the case, or a third party, you are not able to use the document types Return of Service, Affidavit of Service, or Acceptance of Service.
File a Notice of Appeal with the Proper Bond Cost
The current filing fee for a Notice of Appeal is $225; with which a bond in the amount of $300 must be submitted.
File an answer with third party complaint, counterclaim or crossclaim
The Utah State courts allows you to file an answer with third party complaint, counterclaim or crossclaim using these simple steps.
