If you need to unsubscribe from notifications on a case, you have three ways to stop them.

If you prefer that the notification and filing status badge counts that display next to the Notifications and Filing Status left menu navigation tabs NOT display, they can be turned off.
You may change the email address on your Green Filing account at any time. To do so, complete the following steps.

In order for support staff to file for a specific attorney, or to receive copies of that attorney’s filings, you must authorize specific support staff for specific attorneys.
If you your account is a PLUS account can add Support Staff to your account.
If you your account is a PLUS account, you can add new attorneys to your account.
Only a firm admin can edit account information. So to make any changes like editing a name, address, or phone number, log in as one, and then follow these instructions.
