The Utah State courts allows you to file an answer with third party complaint, counterclaim or crossclaim using these simple steps.
Third Party Complaint and Answer
Select document types Third Party Complaint and Answer. Upload each document for document type. In some cases the Complaint is attached to the Answer, if this is the case, upload the same document for each document type.
This enables a filing fee to be attached. Fill out Step 3 to enter Credit Card information for the payment of filing fees.
Enter the information as it pertains to your case for your parties
Next review, and submit the filing.
