Remove a Case Initiation Filed Multiple Times
In the instance that a new case is filed multiple times, the Court asks that you file a Motion and Order to dismiss the additional cases.
Delete a filing with errors
Currently, neither the Court or Green Filing have the ability to delete e-filed documents after they are approved.
Retaining original documents
Now that you are e-filing and can use electronic signatures, the court doesn’t need the original document unless requested upon.
E-file on a Sealed Case
Currently, the Utah State District Courts do not allow e-filing on sealed cases. All filing on sealed case must be completed by the traditional paper method.
Using the Notifications screen
On the Notification screen, all new filing notifications sent to you will display. In addition, as of October 12, 2013 copies of all Accepted, Rejected, and System Alert messages may be viewed on the notification screen.
Run a variety of reports in the application
Clicking Reports at any time allows a user to run a variety of reports in the e-filing application.
File on Court of Appeal matters

Attorney receives three emails with each filing
You may have noticed that as an attorney, with each filing you submit and is accepted by the Court, you receive three (3) emails regarding the filing.
