Handling sensitive and private data when e-filing documents
For some types of pleadings, as the Court always has there may be some requirements to include sensitive or private data in your pleadings.
Refresh your browser
From time to time, Green Filing may ask you to refresh your browser to make your you lave the latest information from our site. For instructions on how to refresh it, select one of the following below:
No Notifications Sent from Efiler@utcourts.gov for Cases
The email notifications from efiler@utcourts.gov are only generated to attorneys of record on the case. These attorneys will also receive a service notification email from Green Filing.
Request the court “seal” or make “private” a document when e-filing
If you need to e-file a document on an open case, and request that the court seal or make private a particular document, you may do so with the following steps.
Remove an Attorney from Receiving Email Notifications
If you filed a notice of withdrawal of counsel or dismissal, you can stop the email service notifications the court sends.
