If you prefer that the notification and filing status badge counts that display next to the Notifications and Filing Status left menu navigation tabs NOT display, they can be turned off. To turn them off, simply contact Green Filing support via email, live chat, or phone and the support staff person can take care of that.
Turning off badge counts occurs at the account level, will apply to everyone in your organization or firm, not just individual user.
