No document attached to an email notification
Due to a new rule set by the Courts, non-attorneys-of-record will not received documents attached to the email notifications received from Green Filing.

Notification Delays
Green Filing is dedicated to sending notifications quickly, and in a timely fashion. As the Court’s e-filing volume has increased, there have been some delays in the receipt of notifications the Court provides to Green Filing, which is what triggers our emails to be sent to attorneys and support staff.
Missing Attachments in Email Notifications
Occasionally, some exhibits are unable to be attached to the service email because the file sizes go beyond the limits of our email server.
No Notifications Sent from Efiler@utcourts.gov for Cases
The email notifications from efiler@utcourts.gov are only generated to attorneys of record on the case. These attorneys will also receive a service notification email from Green Filing.
Remove an Attorney from Receiving Email Notifications
If you filed a notice of withdrawal of counsel or dismissal, you can stop the email service notifications the court sends.
Receive Attached Documents to Service Notification Emails
If you would prefer that the documents come attached to your Service Notification email, you can enable that setting on your user preferences screen.
No service notification email when filing an Appearance of Counsel
When you e-file any document, upon the receipt of that document the Court immediately generates email notifications to all attorneys of record on the case indicating that a new document was filed. Authorize Support Staff for Specific Attorneys
In order for support staff to file for a specific attorney, or to receive copies of that attorney’s filings, you must authorize specific support staff for specific attorneys.
