There may be times where a notification is delayed.
Green Filing is dedicated to sending notifications quickly, and in a timely fashion. As the Court’s e-filing volume has increased, there have been some delays in the receipt of notifications the Court provides to Green Filing, which is what triggers our emails to be sent to attorneys and support staff.
Green Filing’s # 1 concern is our customers, we have been communicating with the Court on this issue to try and resolve any delay.
