The following case types are being removed from Utah State eFiling for the time being. Modifications are needed for the Court to handle these filings. We will let you know when resources have been allocated to make the necessary modifications.
Please remove the following Case Types as options for your e-Filers.
- Foreign Deposition (FD)
- Abstract Judgment (AJ)
- Judgment by Confession (JC)
- Foreign Judgment (FJ)
