Just as the Utah Courts did last year, Green Filing has upgraded our payment processing system. This allows us to further tighten security and protect your payment data. This upgrade takes effect on May 30, 2020.

The good news is that you should not have to make any adjustments to your payment settings. The system automatically transitions existing accounts to the new payment system. Users will not need to do anything further. Keeping that in mind, you may notice some differences on the Payment Settings screen.

  1. The system now separates payment methods; one for the purpose of paying Green Filing service fees and another for paying Court Filing fees. Click the link below for full details on how to add and manage payment settings on this new updated screen.

  2. E-Check is now an available payment method for the purpose of paying Green Filing service fees via a checking or savings account rather than credit card. Users may indicate E-Check when creating a payment method. Then the system prompt users to enter their bank routing and account numbers.

Important Note: Unfortunately, the courts still DO NOT allow e-check as a payment method for court filing fees.
