Green Filing is dedicated to sending notifications quickly, and in a timely fashion. As the Court’s e-filing volume has increased, there have been some delays in the receipt of notifications the Court provides to Green Filing, which is what triggers our emails to be sent to attorneys and support staff.

Missing Attachments in Email Notifications
Occasionally, some exhibits are unable to be attached to the service email because the file sizes go beyond the limits of our email server.
No Notifications Sent from Efiler@utcourts.gov for Cases
The email notifications from efiler@utcourts.gov are only generated to attorneys of record on the case. These attorneys will also receive a service notification email from Green Filing.
