File a return of service for a 3rd party
When e-filing a Return of Service for a party not listed on the case, or a third party, you are not able to use the document types Return of Service, Affidavit of Service, or Acceptance of Service.
Can not view HTML email messages
If you receive an email from Green Filing containing the following message, it means your email client / program does not have the option to view “HTML” email enabled.
Add a John or Jane Doe party
Any time your are submitting a filing that allows the addition of parties, you may indicate a party as Jane or John Doe.
E-signature options for other parties / attorneys and notarized documents

Receive Attached Documents to Service Notification Emails
If you would prefer that the documents come attached to your Service Notification email, you can enable that setting on your user preferences screen.
