Pay filing fees
When you submit a document that requires the payment of filing fees, you are required to provide your credit card information when you submit your filing.
Select the Document Type That Best Fits Your Document
When uploading a new document, the Court requires filers to select the document type that best fits their document.
Complaint Amounts for Case Initiations
When filing a new case, you are required to enter a complaint amount with your filing on the submission screen, enter the complaint amount in that field as you would have on the cover sheet.
Sign Your E-Filing With a /S/ Followed by Your Printed Name
For the typical electronic filing, you may sign you document by place a “/s/” followed by your printed name on the document signature line.
View / Edit Account Information
The Account Information screen allows the user to view and edit their account information in the e-filing application.
