Pay filing fees
When you submit a document that requires the payment of filing fees, you are required to provide your credit card information when you submit your filing.
Select the Document Type That Best Fits Your Document
When uploading a new document, the Court requires filers to select the document type that best fits their document.
Complaint Amounts for Case Initiations
When filing a new case, you are required to enter a complaint amount with your filing on the submission screen, enter the complaint amount in that field as you would have on the cover sheet.
Sign Your E-Filing With a /S/ Followed by Your Printed Name
For the typical electronic filing, you may sign you document by place a “/s/” followed by your printed name on the document signature line.

When you registered for your Green Filing account, you were required to check a box indicating that you agree to the Green Filing User Agreement and Terms of Use.
Logout of the E-Filing Application
To logout, simply click the Logout link on the upper-right portion of the screen.
Make a Party or Attorney Change on a Case
To notify the Court of a party or attorney change on a case, you must file a document on the case indicating as such, and complete the following steps in the filing process
Save a filing as a DRAFT and continue it later
A filer may click the Save Draft link on the upper right at any time during the filing process. Upon clicking the link, the system saves the filing as a DRAFT on our system.
