File a UIFSA case and Notice of Registration
The Court requires you Initiate a New Case first, and once you receive a case number, file a Notice of Registration (Proposed) on that case with the Case Number and Judge’s Name listed.
Filing a Substitution of Counsel to Automatically add an Attorney to a Case
Because the Court clerk has to remove the existing Attorney, and then add a new Attorney manually, we suggest filing Appearance of Counsel with the court to be added as an Attorney of Record on a case.
Document Type Change for Notice of Limited Appearance and Appearance of Counsel
The Court’s E-Filing Consistency Committee (EFCC) has announced they are making a change to the document types utilized when filing an Appearance of Counsel and a Notice of Limited Appearance.
