Attorneys who become registered users with Green Filing agree to electronically service from the Utah State District Courts anytime a new e-filing occurs on a case where the registered attorney is recorded as an attorney of record.

Using the Notifications screen
On the Notification screen, all new filing notifications sent to you will display. In addition, as of October 12, 2013 copies of all Accepted, Rejected, and System Alert messages may be viewed on the notification screen.
Alert Messages and Announcements
Green Filing notifies all logged in users, in real time, via an application popup alert of any technical issues that the Court or Green Filing may be experiencing along with any important new announcements.
Turn off Notification Badge Counts
If you prefer that the notification and filing status badge counts that display next to the Notifications and Filing Status left menu navigation tabs NOT display, they can be turned off.
Change the Email Address for an Account
You may change the email address on your Green Filing account at any time. To do so, complete the following steps.

The Dashboard displays color coded counts of Pending Filings (Green), Draft Filings (Yellow), Rejected Filings (Red), and Unread Notifications (Blue).
Upgrade browser to support notification and filing dashboard / badge counts
As of October 12, 2013 the Green Filing application contains functionality optimized for modern browsers including Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer 10, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari.
