Please note that the Court prefers that you use the case type Tax Court for these types of cases when applicable.
An Administrative Agency Review case can be filed in any Utah State District Court and requires the following:
- You must file a Petition as a primary document type.
- You must enter at least one (1) Plaintiff and one (1) Defendant.
