It’s official, the Utah Judiciary Council has approved proposed court rule CJA04-0503, which makes e-filing on all civil cases mandatory on April 1, 2013. You can also view notice of approved rules on the Utah State Court’s web site.
Civil e-filing is already available, with hundreds of filings submitted each day through the Green Filing web site into the Utah State Courts. Criminal e-filing for private attorneys will become available in the coming weeks, and Domestic case e-filing expected as early as September, 2012.
