The Utah District Courts are currently allowing all documents in the general civil, domestic, probate and criminal case type to be e-filed. You are able to initiate a new filing case by filing a complaint, petition or file subsequent or follow-up documents on an existing case.
There are plans to expand e-filing to other case types (i.e. Juvenile), however, at this time, e-filing on this case types is not available.
