The Courts have asked that we remind Green Filing users that when filing a Return of Service, you may only indicate within the document that one party has been served (not multiple).
The Court’s indicate that have had a few Return of Service document submitted indicating within the document that multiple defendants were served, and have instructed their clerks to rejecting these filings. Only one defendant/party served is allowed per Return document in the Court’s system, and within the ‘form’ data submitted along with each Return of Service.
