The current filing fee for a Notice of Appeal is $225; with which a bond in the amount of $300 must be submitted.
Currently, the Utah State Courts are not set up to receive the bond payment via e-filing. This payment must be submitted by mailing a check to the Court. You should reference the case number, and file date of the Notice of Appeal in the memo section of your check.
When e-filing a Notice of Appeal, you will select a Document Type of “Notice of Appeal” (show below), which will then prompt you for a credit card to pay the filing fees. The Court will only charge the $225 Notice of Appeal filing fee to the card.
