You may file multiple pleadings in a single submission with one exception. Currently, the Court requires that Motions and Proposed Orders be submitted as separate submissions.

Our recommendation, however, is that you submit each pleading as a separate submission. We recommend this due to the Court’s inability, within their system, to accept “part” of a submission, or just one document contained in a submission. In other words, if you file 3 documents and the Court needs to reject just 1 of them, they are forced to reject all 3, thereby, forcing you to re-file all 3.

If you file each document in a separate submission, then the Court is able to accept each document on its own. If 1 of the 3 needs to be rejected, then they can do so and still accept the other 2.
