On September 19th, the Court will be implementing a few changes e-filers will need to be aware of. They are as follows.

1) For new Estate Personal Rep case initiations, the Court will require a Decedant party be entered, or the new case filing will be rejected. Green Filing’s system already validates for this so that it must be entered upon case initiation so this change should not have any impact on filers.

2) When filing an Affidavit and Application for Waiver of Court Fees, the filer must also include an Order to Waiver Fees (Proposed) in their filing transaction. If this Order is not included in the transaction, the Court will reject the filing.

3) For new Divorce / Annulment and Adoption cases, in addition to the Petition the filer must also include the Vital Stats / UDOH Certificate document. If the Vital Stats / UDOH Certificate is not included in the filing transaction, the Court will reject the filing.
