Because the Court clerk has to remove the existing Attorney, and then add a new Attorney manually, we suggest filing Appearance of Counsel with the court to be added as an Attorney of Record on a case.

E-file on a Sealed Case
Currently, the Utah State District Courts do not allow e-filing on sealed cases. All filing on sealed case must be completed by the traditional paper method.
Replace a Document in a Filing
If you need to replace a document in one of your filings with a corrected version, go to that specific filing from the Filing Status Page.
Electronic Service with the Utah State District Court
Attorneys who become registered users with Green Filing agree to electronically service from the Utah State District Courts anytime a new e-filing occurs on a case where the registered attorney is recorded as an attorney of record.
Alert Messages and Announcements
Green Filing notifies all logged in users, in real time, via an application popup alert of any technical issues that the Court or Green Filing may be experiencing along with any important new announcements.
Unread Notification and Filing Status Counts on the Dashboard
The Dashboard displays color coded counts of Pending Filings (Green), Draft Filings (Yellow), Rejected Filings (Red), and Unread Notifications (Blue).
Available Document Types for E-Filing
The following list describes all the document types currently available for e-filing.
File on Behalf of a Government Entity
For attorneys who represent government entities, and file on behalf of them, you may e-file without having to pay any Court filing fees.
Reduce the size of a PDF Attachment
If you’ve generated your document using a Word Processor like Microsoft Word or Word Perfect, there is no need to print your document, sign it, then scan it.
File an Expungement
To avoid running into issues when filing the Expungement Petition, it is not necessary to file a new case. The Courts would like filers to file on their existing case.
