When you add a case to your profile within the Green Filing system, for any document that is available for viewing electronically a link will be provided (along with a file name) that allows you to download and view the filing. Documents that have been stamped by the Court (and appear to be scanned) have not been filed electronically. Those were filed in paper, and digitized by the Court.

Documents that do not have a physical file stamp, and that do not appear to be scanned are generally e-filed. Complaints that have been e-filed will often not have a case number on the document as well. The Court does not modify e-filed documents in any way, other than to attach an digital signature to the electronic file itself.
