Get an Order to Show Cause Issued with the Court
Now that e-filing is mandatory. On matters that require a date from the court, you will call the court ahead of time to get future court date and put on your document or some courts will ask you to leave the document blank and they will fill in the date of hearing.
Fill Out Your Vital Statistics/UDOH Certificate Form
The Court now requires that a vital statistics form be filed on new case initiation for Divorce and Adoption case types.
File on Court of Appeal matters
At this current time Court of Appeal matters are not set up for e-filing. We very much look forward to being of service for these filing types, keep checking back.
File a Return of Service
When filing a Return of Service, you will be asked to enter additional information in Section 4 as to the party served.

Filing on small claim cases
Small claims e-filing will not be mandatory, and you can continue to file in paper. You do have the option to e-file, though, and we would strongly encourage it.
