To get access to case documents and the full docket in Utah, you must be an attorney of record for that specific case. If you can only see the Case Summary after adding a case to your Green Filing account, it means the Bar ID linked to your account isn’t on record with the court for that case.

If you believe you are an attorney of record on the case, first try clicking the **”refresh”** link on the top right of the case summary screen to make sure you have the latest from the court.

If you still can not view the case docket or case documents, you’ll need to do one of the following:

  • E-file an Appearance of Counsel/Notice of Limited Appearance. This officially adds you to the case. Learn More
  • Contact the court’s filing clerk. They can tell you why you aren’t listed as an attorney of record. View Contacts

After the court accepts your Appearance of Counsel/Notice of Limited Appearance, return to the Case Summary. Click the “Refresh” link, and the complete case docket will become visible.
