Green Filing refreshes the case docket every time an electronic filing is made on the case. However, if people are still paper filing on the case, activity could have occurred that is not present in our copy of the docket. In the upper-right corner of the case docket screen is the Last Update date of the last time the docket information was retrieved from the courts records. Immediately above that date is a Refresh link to click of you suspect that this docket is stale.
