The Utah State District Courts have indicated that e-filing will be expanding to the criminal case type within the next few weeks. Currently in a pilot phase with the Davis County District Court, criminal e-filing has proved to be a success. Soon, the Court will expand this pilot across the entire state and make e-filing available to all criminal attorneys, public and private.
We also expect e-filing to be expanded to the Domestic / Family Court case type by the end of the year. We are excited to expand our services to both criminal and domestic attorneys, and very much look forward to being of service.
