Any time your are submitting a filing that allows the addition of parties, you may indicate a party as Jane or John Doe. For example:
As you see here, we’ve simply entered “John” in the First Name field and “Doe” in the Last Name field.
If you need to enter multiple Jane or John Doe parties you may do so by indicating the number of parties in the First Name field. For example:
In this case you may enter “John 1-10” in the First Name field to indicate the total number of John Doe parties.
To enter the name and indicate an unknown gender, you may also enter “Jane or John” in the First Name field.
