Huge news for those participating in e-filing and for those considering participating in e-filing with the Utah State District Courts.
As of March 1, 2012 the Utah Courts will be AUTO-ACCEPTING e-filed documents immediately docketing them and making them official on the court record. In short, this means the e-filed documents now take priority when it comes to processing new pleadings.
