On November 14th, 2013 the Court has removed the following document types. If you select these document types when attempting to file, you will receive a prompt indicating which document type should be used if you need to file that document. The document types removed are:
- Certificate of Mailing/Service
The Court indicates Certificate of Mailing/Service should be filed as the last page of the document rather than as a separate document. Please refer to the Service List for which parties will be served automatically on this case. If you still need to file this document use document type Other:.
- Scheduling Order and Plan
The Court indicates that a Scheduling Order and Plan is not necessary in most circumstances. This has been replaced by an automatic schedule based on Discovery Tier. Use document type Order (Proposed) if you still need to file this document.
- Withdrawal of Counsel
Withdrawal of Counsel has been removed by the Court. Please use document type Notice of Withdrawal.
- Discovery Plan (for non-criminal case types)
The Court indicates a Discovery Plan is not necessary in most circumstances. This has been replaced by an automatic schedule based on Discovery Tier. Use document type Other: if you still need to file this document.
- Request for Discovery (for non-criminal case types)
The Court indicates a Request for Discovery is not necessary in most circumstances. This has been replaced by an automatic schedule based on Discovery Tier. Use document type Other: if you still need to file this document.
