Multiple attorneys sharing a single Green Filing account

Last Update: January 28, 2020

There are not currently any obstacles in place that would prevent attorneys from sharing an e-filing account, however, logistically this could present some challenges for the filer. First and foremost, the Bar ID associated with the account will be recorded as the filer and as an attorney on record for the party associated with the filing. If you do not wish this to be the case, then separate accounts would be required.

Additionally, each e-filing account is associated with a single email address and all communication from Green Filing and from the Court will go to that email address. All attorneys sharing the account would need access to that email address to ensure all are informed of filing status, notification of any filing issues, and notification of filings that may have been submitted by opposing counsel.

Green Filing does offer discounted rates to firms who would like to sign up multiple attorneys. Don’t hesitate to contact us for pricing.
