As of now, this scenario is handled on a case by case basis and may require that you contact the Court to address any issues. In an attempt to prevent any issues we highly recommend you do the following if you are filing a document just before a filing deadline.
Double and triple check your documents and all the data submitted when you upload your documents before clicking the Sign and File button. In other words, take every precaution to ensure you’ve properly filed the document.
As the Court develops further policy around the issue of rejected last day filings, we will update this post and notify all Green Filing users.
