Due to a ruling by the Court, a filing can be accepted even if the payment for the filing is not received. When this occurs, a payment status of Failed will be assigned to the filing. This can occur due to insufficient funds or incorrect card information. As a courtesy to the filer, the eFiling Help Desk will try to reprocess the filing on the following day. If this does not resolve the issue, we will bypass payment processing and allow the case to be filed.

The Court will generally contact the filer regarding payment, however, if this does not occur in a timely fashion, we recommend reaching out to the court to discuss payment options.
