When submitting a new filing, you only want to submit one pleading per transaction. For example, if you have a Motion and a Memo in Support of that Motion that you would like recorded and filed with the Court as separate documents, then they should be submitted in two separate transactions.
If in the alternative, you have a Motion and an Exhibit in support of that Motion that does not need to be filed and recorded separately, then they may be filed within the same transaction.
