Unless the judge your case is assigned to specifically instructs you, you do not need to provide a copy of the e-filing. The Court’s e-filing system will automatically route a copy of the filing to the assigned judge once your filing has been accepted and successfully e-filed. If you are unsure as to whether the Judge assigned to your case received a copy of your filing, you are free to contact the Court at your discretion.
