When you click the browser back arrow to go back to previous document in case summary, it some times takes you back to the top of the page. This is because different browsers behave differently. If you are using Internet Explorer, clicking the back arrow takes you back to the top of the page summary. Firefox brings you back to the point of the page where you were at.
