Now that e-filing is mandatory. On matters that require a date from the court, you will call the court ahead of time to get future court date, and put on your document or some courts will ask you to leave the document blank and they will fill in the date of hearing. We suggest always contacting the court first to see how their procedure is.
Once you have your date, you will file your document with the Court to get issued. The Court will return it back to you once issued to obtain service.
