Utah’s First Private Defense Counsel E-Filing on a Criminal Case Filed Through Green Filing

The Utah State District Courts, having just opened up e-filing for the criminal case type statewide just a few days ago, shared that the first criminal e-filing from a private defense attorney was submitted via Green Filing’s service, then auto-accepted and docketed in the Salt Lake City District Court on 9/13/2012.Green Filing is proud to have been part of this history making event, and looks forward to serving Utah attorneys and the Utah State District Courts to facilitate electronic court filing well into the future.
