The Utah State District Courts can now officially say that e-filing is available STATEWIDE. Until today, there were still a few small county courts that did not have the capability of accepting e-filed documents. Those counties can now accept e-filed pleadings.
There is one exception, however, these small counties are not yet able to process filing fees. This means if you submit an e-filed pleading where a filing fee is required it will be rejected by the court. Those counties are:
- Filmore
- Salem
- Junction
- Kanab
- Manila
