Green filing offers multiple plan options, or accounts levels, aimed at meeting the needs of all Utah attorneys. Each plan is outlined below.
* No monthly committment, all services free except for E-Filing. There is a $5 per filing fee for each filing submitted under the Basic account.
So which plan should you select? Here’s our advice:
Sign up for the BASIC plan, if one of the follow statements rings true for you.
- I want to make sure I receive service electronically when other attorneys e-file documents on my case.
- I just want access to my cases and documents.
- I file less than 6 pleadings a month in State District Court.
Sign up for the PLUS plan, if these statements more accurately describe your needs.
- I want to e-file more that 6 pleadings a month in State District Court.
- I want to e-Serve opposing counsel, and receive e-Service on all my cases.
- I want access to all my cases and documents.
Inquire about the GROUP plans, if you your situation is more like the following.
- I want to sign up multiple attorneys from my firm.
- I’d like to take advantage of reduced pricing for signing up multiple attorneys.
