1. Open the original Word / WordPerfect document the order was created with.
  2. Use /s/ signatures for each attorney on the signature lines … see article Sign a document for another attorney.

    /s/ Other Filer Name
    Signed by Filer Name with permission of Other Filer Name

    Example:
    /s/ Jane Smith
    Signed by John Smith with permission of Jane Smith

  3. Convert that document to RTF format and file it as a Order (Proposed).
  4. You may also file the scanned PDF original (containing the original signatures) as an exhibit to your proposed order if you wish. You can do that by using document type Other:, and typing something like “Copy of Signed Stipulation” in the Remainder to Title field. This step is not required.
