As of March 31st, 2015 at 5:30 PM the Courts implemented a change in their e-filing management software. The update will auto-reject any filing that includes a Rich Text Format (RTF) document containing embedded pictures, drawing objects, and/or headers.

Forms Downloaded From the Court’s Web Site

If you are attempting to e-file a form on the Court’s web site, we highly recommend you check the Court’s web site for updated forms. Many of these forms have been updated by the Court to pass the validation tests when e-filed.
