When filing a new complaint, if you wish to add a party and provide their official company name as well as a “doing business as” (DBA) name, follow these steps.
- Add the information for your party
- Click the Add Party link. Then, you’ll see another new party section pop up. Select Doing Business As from the Role drop down
- Select the Type as Business
- Select the Alias for party in the drop down, to select the original party name you had entered
